1876, the Colony of Queensland. An Australian Native Police patrol is called in to track and retrieve an escaped group of blackbirds: South Sea Islanders, taken from their home and forced to work out oppressive contracts on sugar plantations and cattle stations. Experts in tracking and killing, the ANP patrol ventures into the Australian bush to find their quarry. But the further they venture into the harsh Aussie outback, the stranger and stranger their pursuit becomes.

Blackbirded is historical horror fiction based in Colonial Australia. It is period accurate and contains language and themes that some might find disturbing, unsettling or upsetting.

Do Not Kill is a techno-thriller/sci-fi horror novellette taking inspiration from great stories like Who Goes There? and At the Mountains of Madness and bringing them into the 21st Century.

I like to joke that it’s actually Do Not Kill Joab Gilroy and I’m essentially secreting my way to being immortal. It’s NOT a challenge statement for wackos to attempt to disprove.
